Responsibilities of an Apprentice:

  • Assist in building and enhancing agentic applications and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Work with senior engineers to develop reusable AI agents using approved frameworks and the AgentOps orchestration platform.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and engineering reviews.
  • Support implementation of observability, logging, testing, and evaluation mechanisms to ensure agent quality, reliability, and safe behavior.
  • Contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of solutions.
  • Follow AI policies, security, privacy, and compliance guidelines while working on systems.

Pearson Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in
    – Computer Science
    – Information Technology
    – Engineering
    – Related field
  • Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience
  • Must be registered on the NATS portal (Apprenticeship Act, 1961)
  • Must be legally eligible to work in India

Required skills:

  • Knowledge in Python and any of the Agentic Frameworks
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering concepts.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • AI/ML concepts, large language models
  • Interest in Agents, AI, automation, and modern cloud-based systems.
