- Generate mortgage loan leads through open market sourcing activities.
- Identify potential customers and promote mortgage loan products.
- Conduct customer meetings, explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan disbursement.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Regularly visit market areas to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and referral sources.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and MIS updates
