Responsibilities of a Content Analyst:

  • Process, update, and maintain financial data accurately within company databases.

  • Research and collect information from company filings, regulatory amendments, press releases, financial reports, and trusted external sources.

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and timely updates according to company standards.

  • Develop a basic understanding of financial regulations, market practices, and industry conventions.

  • Analyze financial statements and validate business information before updating records.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and share recommendations with team leaders.

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and resolve issues within your area of responsibility.

  • Follow established content operations procedures, data governance policies, and change management processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate financial information to global clients.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in
    – Business Administration
    – Management
    – Marketing
    – Accountancy
    – Financial-related course.

Required skills:

  • Interpersonal skills and comfortable in using Business Communications over the phone or email.
  • Dexterity to work in a team environment and has excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as clients demand more real-time data exchange.
  • Understand financial statements and be able to explain to managers
  • Basic computer and internet research knowledge is required.
  • Take responsibility for work tasks.
  • Prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in Shifts (24/5) and during public/national holidays.
  • Self-motivated even when attending to routine tasks.
  • Ability to follow company policies.
