Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive:

  • Respond to customer enquiries through the relevant support channels and provide timely, accurate information.

  • Develop a strong understanding of Licious products, meat and seafood categories, and customer service procedures.

  • Share customer concerns and suggestions with the relevant teams to help improve products and services.

  • Explain available options and help customers understand the next steps for resolving their concerns.

  • Remain patient, professional, and solution-oriented, particularly when customers face problems.

Licious Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • Are a Bangalore-based candidate and are available to work from Bangalore.
  • Have a Graduation/HSC qualification
  • Have 2–5 years of experience in chat-based customer support

Requirements:

  • Have a personal laptop meeting the following requirements:
    – Minimum 4 GB RAM
    – Intel i3 processor or higher
    – Minimum 128 GB storage
    – Windows 10 or above
    – A mini UPS for your Wi-Fi router to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
