Job Description:

Managing Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
Support for Windows Desktops and laptop: Installation and Troubleshooting
Installation, Configuration of Local and Network Printers.
Asset Management
Troubleshoot technology issues
Coordinating all IT Related purchase
Perform remote troubleshooting
Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed
Work with existing vendors to evaluate new technology
Monitor the performance of a company’s desktop infrastructure and provide suggestions to improve efficiency.
Train end-users when new software or IT regulations arrive at a company

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifications: Diploma / BE /Degree from CS/IT/ECE/EEE branch
1-3 years/ Fresher can also be considered for the Bangalore location

Preferred skill:

Communication skills: Good spoken and written skills
Self-starter and quick learner and ability to work in a global team setting with minimal supervision
Should be a good team player
