Atos Off Campus Responsibilities:

  •  End to end tracking of Software and Leased assets (procurement to disposal) and management of the IT asset database.
  • Management of Lease contracts and insuring optimization in terminations, returns and extensions, as well as compliance (on time payments to avoid late fees). 
  • Management of Software License Keys and ensuring timely delivery to avoid risking production environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data, problem identification and resolution and ability to effectively communicate issues to management and work to resolution.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data from multiple sources.
  • Complete internal audits of asset records to ensure accuracy (status, location, etc.) 
  • Self-starter that can collaborate actively within ALM team and with others in cross-functional towers.
  • Implement and maintain Asset Management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that License key delivery and leases are managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships. 
  • Should be able to apply basic finance and accounting principles to daily tasks. 
  • Back up for Account Payable, ensure that invoices received match contracts from Vendors
  • Regularly communicates with internal personnel verbally and via email
