Job Description:

Broadridge is hiring candidates for the post of Process Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of Capital markets is good to have
  
• Basic Knowledge of Corporate Law specific to shareholder meetings would be an added advantage
  
• Flexible to work in shifts including night shifts
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and keyboard skills
  
• Daily processing of Shareholders meetings for 120+ markets
  
• Maintain High-Level Quality standards as per client requirements.
  
• Complete daily processing as per agreed client SLAs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should be a Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or MBA.

Preferred skill:

• Team player and quick learner
• Good Communication- Verbal and Non Verbal skills
• Multi-Tasking
• Good Team Player
