IQVIA Career 2025 Responsibilities:

  • Understand and review requirements, create test plan or contribute in test estimation, planning/strategy
  • Responsible for test planning, test case authoring and execution for compliance products’ for client implementation projects
  • Executing test iterations, defect tracking and reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating with team focusing defect resolution
  • Work closely with Developers, Tech leads/managers, BA/Consultant and other project stakeholders throughout the SDLC
  • Coordinate with BA and development teams in resolving road blocks and issues
  • Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Hands on experience in running test scripts and identify scope for areas of automation to bring process efficiency
  • Proactively to discuss/flag challenges, risk & mitigation plan with the Manager and seek for necessary support

IQVIA off campus Eligibility Criteria:

  • Computer Science – Branch any degree (BCA, MCA, BSC., MSC,BTech)
  • Experience in testing 0-1 year

Preferred skill:

  • Good Communication (Written/Verbal)
  • Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC processes, and testing concepts.
  • Good Knowledge in Understanding Business Requirements Document, Functional Requirements Document and Software Requirement Specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing skills.
  • Knowledge of test planning, test case writing, and execution.
  • Knowledge in testing every phase of the Function testing, Regression testing, Performance testing, Smoke testing, UI testing and User Acceptance testing.
  • Good knowledge of defect tracking tools.
  • Basic knowledge of writing SQL queries.
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Good communication skills.
