Johnson Electric Company is seeking candidates for Teamcenter Support Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Willingness to work in 24*5 shifts.

• Good Team player.

• Good written & verbal communication to interact with multiple stakeholders.

• Should have a fair knowledge in Windows Operating System 

• Should be able to provide support in Incident resolution and request fulfillment.

• Should be able to handle customer escalations and provide temporary and permanent solutions.

• Able to meet the agreed SLA and quality.

• Pro-active issue identification and resolution.

• Should create Knowledge Base documents and training documents

• Good knowledge in MS office Applications

• Understand the Company’s policies and adhere to them.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Preferred skill:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Willingness to learn

• Good Coding Language knowledge

• Good Problem-Solving skills

• Good Analytical skills

• Good team player

• Time management skills
