Kroll Career 2026 Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review trial balances and accounting schedules, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Assist trial balance data to Income Statement (IS) and Balance Sheet (BS), and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports/analysis.
  • Update financial data into models and reporting templates as per BU/client guidelines
  • Conduct a thorough examination of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flows, ratios, segment performance, etc., and utilize the necessary expertise to proactively draw attention to any exceptions or variances.
  • Maintain >99% accuracy and complete quality checks (v2 reviews) within defined TAT (24–48 hours)
  • Meet strict timeliness expectations as stated by the business.
  • Raise queries on a timely basis with the TLs for quick resolution.
  • Contribute process-related ideas that reduce time or provide cost benefits.
  • Participate in pilot runs for projects to determine the cycle time of each record to report it to the leads.
  • Attend training sessions and walkthroughs; engage with relevant questions
  • Ensure adherence to Kroll policies, procedures and protocols at all times.
  • Participate and contribute to team huddles.
  • Proactively support key initiatives that have been delivered to implement change.
  • Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and ensure delivery satisfaction
  • Assist in process documentation and creation of SOP and checklist.

Kroll Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

  • BAF, BFM, B. Com, BMS, BBI, BBA, etc.(Preferred)
    Or
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
  • Progress towards CFA certification (advantage).
  • 0 – 2 years of experience as a research analyst.
