McKinsey Off Campus 2026:

Responsibilities of a Trainee:

• Work together on high-impact projects with global reach alongside consultants, team leaders, quality analysts, peer experts, workflow coordinators, and colleagues worldwide.
• Use your creativity and careful attention to detail to create PowerPoint presentations that are understandable, captivating, and visually appealing. You can turn difficult concepts into eye-catching slides and attractive stories that make an impact.
• Improve and polish current information, ensuring that every document satisfies our exacting standards for quality via editing and proofreading.

McKinsey Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

• A university degree is preferred but not mandatory

Required skills:

• Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and solid typing skills experience
• Decision-making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
• Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
• Ability to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)
• Experience in design or graphics-related studies/employment is an advantage but is not required
• Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
• Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs
• Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local office language(s)
