Responsibilities of a Trainee:

  • Process and validate financial/transaction data accurately
  • Follow predefined workflows and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain high accuracy and meet daily productivity targets
  • Handle client-related data and ensure confidentiality
  • Update records and maintain proper documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Stay updated with process changes and client requirements.

Mphasis Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates (preferred B.Com, B.B.M, B.B.A).
  • Post-graduates, diploma or BE/BTech graduates are not eligibile
  • Passing Year: May 2021-Oct 2025

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of Capital markets and Investment banking
  • Can type at 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Must be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients and staff
  • MS Word and MS Excel skills
  • Interpersonal, good communication (write & speak) skills
  • Work in a Back-Office Operations environment
  • Must be able to meet the set targets and work overtime as required
  • Stand for periods of time during meetings and/or other group events
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts
  • Willingness to work from office.
