Job Description:

CGI is hiring candidates for the post of Software Development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate payment concerns brought up by customers.
• Route payment concerns to Accounts Payable.
• Reprocess stuck books through the system.
• Maintain and improve a knowledge base with unique vendor requests and their solutions.
• Work on developing responses for common questions
• Work with customer service manager in documenting process flows.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/ B. Tech Degree Qualification Required.
• Good Communication
• Willing to Learn New technologies.

Preferred skill:

• SQL/PL SQL
• Have Knowledge on Java,
  Knowledge on SQL; SQL Server; SQL/PL SQL is a plus
• Committed to quality, including security and performance
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
