Prodapt Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle backend operations related to telecom services, ensuring accurate data entry and validation.
- Process customer requests and service orders using internal systems and tools.
- Perform quality checks on provisioning, billing, and network configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain SLA compliance
Prodapt Off-Campus Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate
- The candidates should not have any Backlogs (arrears) – Freshers Passed out year 2020 and later Only
Preferred skill:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of telecom processes (provisioning, activation, billing).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts .
- Excellent written communication for documentation and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in night shift. (2 Way Cab & Shift allowance will be provided)
- Must have good communication skills.
- Flexible to work from office (5 days)
