RRB NTPC Jobs- Detailed Eligibility:
Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor:
- Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
Station Master:
- Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
Goods Train Manager:
- Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
Junior Account Assistant cum Typist:
- Degree from a recognised University or its equivalent. Typing proficiency in English/Hindi on a Computer is essential.
Senior Clerk cum Typist:
- Degree from a recognised University or its equivalent. Typing proficiency in English/Hindi on a Computer is essential.
Traffic Assistant:
- Degree from recognized University or its equivalent.
Age Limit (As of 01 January 2026):
- Lower age limit is 18 Years i.e. not born after- 01.01.2008, and Upper age limit is 33 Years i.e., not earlier than 02.01.1993.
Age Relaxation –RRB Section Controller 2025:
- Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe – 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer) – 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) – 10 Years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots – 5 years
- Widows, divorced women and women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried – Upto 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC and 40 years for SC/ST candidates

Selection Process of RRB NTPC Recruitment:
- There shall be two stage Computer Based Test (CBTs) followed by “Computer based Aptitude Test (CBAT)/ Typing Skill Test (TST) wherever applicable”
- Computer based Aptitude Test for Station Master and
- Typing Skill Test for Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist.
- For Goods Train Manager, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, there shall be two stage CBTs followed by document verification and medical examination.
Application Fees for RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025:
- For all candidates: Rs. 500/- (Out of this fee of Rs.500/- an amount of Rs, 400/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in the CBT
- SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD/Female/Transgender/Minorities/EBC: Rs. 250/- This fee will be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in the CBT
