SAIL Proficiency Trainees Recruitment 2025: Vacancies for 53 Posts – Apply Offline

1. Eligible & interested candidates will be required to send scanned copy of the filled-in & duly signed application in the prescribed format available in the advertisement along with undertaking and self-attested scanned copies of all relevant certificates/testimonials including photo identity card (Aadhar/PAN/EPIC) in support of their eligibility (in a single pdf filesize limited to 10MB) through email to the e-mail ID dsprectt.intake@sail.in on or before 30-06-2025. No application received after the stipulated date (30-06 2025) will be entertained for consideration for interview.
2. Subject heading of the email should be “Application for PTN-2025 for DSP – ‘Name of the candidate”.
3. Documents to be sent through email in the pdf file are to be arranged in the following order:
   i) Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card
   ii) Application form 
   iii) Undertaking 
   iv) Self-attested copy in support of proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation / Secondary / Class X Pass certificate)
   v) Self-attested copy of caste/category certificate for SC / ST / OBC-NCL / EWS candidates (valid & issued by the Competent Authority). For OBC-NCL & EWS category, certificate must be issued in the Financial Year 2025-26 i.e. on or after 01-04-2025
   vi) Self-attested Pass Certificate(s) & Marksheets (all years / semesters) for professional qualification [only B.Sc. (Nursing) or Diploma in GNM – as applicable]
   vii) Self-attested State Nursing Council Registration certificate
