Responsibilities of an Associate Analyst:

• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions for client due diligence platforms, investment questionnaires, and recurring DDQ requests
• Following processes and procedures (i.e., saving resource files correctly to project folders, closing out projects, etc.).
• Conduct peer reviews and quality checks of team deliverables after gaining the required domain expertise
• Building and maintaining strong investment knowledge and a credible understanding of different asset classes and capabilities offered by Invesco.
• Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Invesco’s structure and operations.
• Sharing knowledge with other team members.
• Take ownership of assigned projects by performing thorough quality checks for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and formatting before final review
• Identify and support process improvement opportunities using automation features within content management and online submission platforms
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the operations team

Invesco Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree
  – Economics
  – Communications
  – English
  – Liberal Arts
• Exposure to Economics or Finance courses (preferred)

Required skills:

• Interest in the CFA Investment Foundations certificate is encouraged.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
• Understanding of different asset classes/strategies and how they function is preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills; an excellent communicator.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-oriented atmosphere.
• Self-starter, highly motivated.
• Critical thinker and a quick learner; intellectually curious.
• Able to work well both independently and as a team member.
• Interest in exploring a career in financial services
