  • Provide first-level technical support for Zycus applications and enterprise systems.

  • Monitor support tickets and assist in resolving user-reported issues.

  • Troubleshoot application, user access, and basic system-related problems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and business users to track incidents and provide timely updates.

  • Assist in application testing, validation, and documentation activities.

  • Learn and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes.

  • Maintain knowledge base articles, support documentation, and operational reports.

  • Participate in system monitoring, maintenance, and routine health checks.

  • Follow IT support procedures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and escalation guidelines.

  • Continuously learn enterprise applications and support best practices

Eligibility Criteria of Zycus Internship:

  • BE/BTech is mandatory
  • Preferred streams:
    Computer Science
    – IT
    – Electronics
    – Related field.
  • 2025 graduates and later

Required skills:

  • Basic understanding of application support concepts.

  • Willingness to learn enterprise applications and support processes.
