Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain databases and manage orders, creating order ID
- Execute and maintain order management processes
- Bill-to site updates, generating bills
- Discount tier management, End-of-life product updates
- Handle emails.
- SLA tracking and handling client calls/escalation process.
- Ensure meeting SLAs and measuring KPIs, day-to-day query resolution, and timely process escalations.
- Quality Initiatives and identifying automation initiatives.
Wipro Walk-in Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates from BCA, BCom, BBA, BA
- Year of graduation: 2024, 2025, and 2026 only (along with provisional/degree certificate).
- Graduates with Good English communication skills.

- Not Eligible: Candidates with technical or niche qualifications such as BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA & MBA qualifications
