Job Description:

Akasa Air is hiring candidates for the post of Cabin Crew.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow all applicable Government, DGCA, and Akasa Air safety and operating procedures.
• Stay updated with aircraft operating procedures, safety instructions, service notices, and company communications.
• Maintain the required grooming and professional appearance standards.
• Ensure that mandatory training, certificates, and regulatory documents remain valid and are renewed on time.
• Conduct in-flight sales and promote available products and services to passengers.
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service throughout the flight.
• Assist passengers who require special attention, including elderly passengers, passengers with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors, and parents travelling with infants or children.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure passengers feel comfortable and cared for.
• Check galley handovers, sales stock, pre-booked meals, and catering supplies before the flight.
• Interact positively with passengers and represent the Akasa Air brand professionally.
• Support the airline’s On-Time Performance (OTP) requirements.
• Follow the cabin crew code of conduct and maintain strong discipline while on duty.
• Prioritize passenger safety, security, and comfort throughout the flight.
• Check, safeguard, and return company equipment and unused catering supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the aircraft cabin, lavatories, and galleys.
• Monitor the cabin throughout the flight and report any issues or irregularities.
• Report cabin, galley, equipment, or service-related discrepancies to the Inflight Manager.
• Make required passenger announcements when authorized.
• Complete all assigned pre-flight and post-flight duties.
• Share customer and crew feedback to help improve service quality and reduce wastage.
• Work effectively with cockpit crew and departments such as airport services, catering, and security.
• Support fellow crew members and contribute to smooth flight operations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Indian Nationals with a valid passport, PAN card, and Aadhar Card.
• Age Limit: For freshers with no past flying experience is 18 to 28 years.
• Age Limit: For Experienced crew, up to 35 years
• Minimum Education – 10+2 (Class 12th)
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
• Must be medically fit as per DGCA.
• BMI range for female 18 – 23 and for male 18 – 25.
• No visible tattoo/marks.
• The nature of your job will require travel, working for long hours and in shifts

Note:

• The candidate must come well-groomed and in Western formal wear on the interview day.

  – 10th mark sheet/certificate
  – 12th mark sheet/certificate
  – Aadhaar Card
