Job Description:

Citi Off Campus 2026 is hiring candidates for the post of Java full stack developer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Applied knowledge of application development processes and cross-functional technical domains to identify and define system enhancement requirements.
• Identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions
• Leveraged understanding of business workflows, system architecture, and industry standards to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Analyze information and make evaluative judgements to recommend solutions and improvements
• Conduct testing and debugging, utilize script tools, and write basic code for design specifications
• Assess applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures
• Built working knowledge of enterprise systems including client-server architecture, database administration, network operations, and application lifecycle management.
• Ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks while making technology-related decisions
• Identified, escalated, and documented control risks with transparency, safeguarding organizational assets and reputation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-2 years of relevant experience

Preferred skill:

• Programming/debugging in business applications
• Knowledge of industry practice and standards
• Knowledge for application development
• Programming languages
• Written and verbal communication skills
