• Handle customer interactions through chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account information.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and empathy in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Firstsource Walk-in Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent. Graduation is not mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Preferred skill:

• Good English communication skills (written and basic spoken) are mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Good grammar, spelling, and typing accuracy.
• Strong reading comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with empathy and patience.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift Details:
