Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment 2025:

Job Description:

Indian Army is hiring candidates for the post of Agniveer.

Eligibility Criteria:

Agniveer (General Duty):

• Class 10th /Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate of five basic subjects and min 33% marks in each of those five subjects. For boards following a grading system, grades commensurate to percentages, as above, will be considered.
  Note: Candidates with valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License will be given preference for Driver requirements. 

Agniveer (Technical):

• 10+2/Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. 

OR

• 10+2 /Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English from any recognized State Education Board or Central Education Board to include NIOS and ITI course of minimum one year in required field with NSQF level 4 or above.

OR

• 10th/Matric pass with 50% in aggregate and minimum 40% in English, Maths and Science with 02 years of Technical Training from ITI or two/three years Diploma from recognised educational institution including polytechnics.

Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper Technical :

• 10+2 / Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/Accounts/Book Keeping in Class XIl is mandatory.

Agniveer Tradesmen (10th Pass):

• Simple 10th pass (No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored 33% in five basic subjects).

Agniveer Tradesmen (8th pass):

• Simple 8th pass (No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored 33% in five basic subjects).

Age Limit:

• Agniveer – 17 ½ – 21 years

Salary:

• 1st year Monthly Package: Rs. 30000/- (Rs. 21000/- (70%) Cash in Hand & Rs. 9000/- (30%) for Agniveer Corps Fund)
• 2nd year Monthly Package: Rs. 33000/- (Rs. 23100/- Cash in Hand & Rs. 9900/- for Agniveer Corps Fund)
• 3rd year Monthly Package: Rs. 36500/- (Rs. 25550/- Cash in Hand & Rs. 10950/- for Agniveer Corps Fund)
