Job Description:

NTT DATA Off Campus 2026 is hiring candidates for the post of Associate Graduate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the assigned domain or function
• Acquires the relevant practical experience and knowledge of the service or solution offered by the specific area or function.
• May typically assist with general administrative for a specific area or function.
• Support meeting coordination, logistics, documentation, and record-keeping
• Assists with the preparation and distribution of reports and review system data for accuracy.
• Identify errors or discrepancies and escalate issues for timely resolution
• Perform entry-level technical or non-technical tasks as required
• Actively seek opportunities for learning and professional development
• Performs any other related task as required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Entry-level experience is desirable but not essential.
• Entry-level experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred skill:

• Attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Prioritize tasks and multitask.
• Handle complaints, problems and issues, escalate resolutions and corrective actions.
• Ability to deliver a quality service through their support offering.
• Passion for continuous improvement and learning.
• Ability to work in a team-orientated, collaborative environment.
• Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.
• Analytical mind with an inclination for identifying issues and/or defects.
• Knowledge of tools and methodologies associated with the specific area or function.
• Theoretical knowledge in a practical manner
