Job Description:
Optum is hiring candidates for the post of Software Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming web analytics requests and support activities
- Review, validate, and process user setup requests in Angelfish
- Manage reporting access and permissions in Adobe Analytics
- Ensure all requests are completed within the defined 24-hour SLA
- Communicate with users regarding request status, issue resolution, and clarifications
- Follow compliance, security, and operational procedures
- Troubleshoot basic access or configuration issues using logical problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate tracking records and operational updates
- Escalate unresolved or high-complexity issues to the appropriate technical or support teams when necessary
- Adhere to company policies, operational standards, work procedures, and organizational compliance requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent degree in computers
Preferred skill:
- Logic and basic coding concepts:
– variables
– conditions
– simple scripts
– queries etc. - Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving
- Analytical skills
- Understand and follow processes and SLAs
- Willingness to learn tools such as Angelfish and Adobe Analytics
- Attention to detail
- Manage multiple requests efficiently
