Job Description:

Swiggy is hiring candidates for the post of Associate Account Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sign contracts with restaurants and handle queries from new and existing clients
• Gather sales lead from the market and approach restaurants actively for conversion
• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and provide solutions (pricing, menu updates, reducing cancellations, etc.)
• Grow revenue for Swiggy Dineout through upselling, cross-selling, Ads investment, and other channels as may be applicable
• Track sales activities, competitor insights, and city-level trends
• Manage and handle clients independently in the field
• The individual will be responsible for their hired City and will be required to move and set base in the City

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate Degree
• 0-3 years of experience

Preferred skill:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and the food delivery industry (Not mandatory)
• Confident, Pleasing, and a proactive personality
• Communication skills in English & local language
• Basic numerical skills (Eg. growth, degrowth)
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Self-motivated.
• Knowledge of MS Office or a similar suite (advantage)
