Job Description:
Swiggy Off Campus 2026 is hiring candidates for the post of Associate Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sign Contracts with restaurants and handle inquiries from existing and new clients
- Generate sales leads from the local market and approach restaurants to bring them onto the Swiggy platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners.
- Understand restaurant partners’ business challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
- Manage sales activities, track performance, prepare reports, and work toward achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans to expand Swiggy’s presence and strengthen its restaurant partner network
- Should be able to handle potential clients when on field as the first in command
- Work toward improving Swiggy’s presence and partner network in the assigned market.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales.

- Knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels
- Confident, pleasant, and a go-getter personality
- Communication skills
- Attitude & Aptitude for Sales
- Team player, working alongside people from all walks of life
- Analytical, good Excel skills.

- Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns
