TCS Job Responsibilities:
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Determines requirements by working with customers
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
- Gross Sales / Outcalls to customers.
TCS Walk-in Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2025 & 2026 Year of passing
- Only freshers can apply
TCS Skill:
- English + Hindi fluency is mandatory
- Clear communication (English/Hindi); vernacular advantage
- Empathy, patience, problem-solving
- Attention to detail and process discipline
- Basic telephone etiquette and basic computer skills
- Ability to write, read, and speak English to suit business needs
- Agent should be able to communicate in English and Hindi
- Decision-making, numerical ability & logical reasoning
