Wipro is hiring candidates for the post of Technical Support Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware through call.
• Microsoft Application, OS (Windows/MAC/Linux), hardware, servers(Protocols/DNS/Active Directory etc.) and Network(VPN/Routers/LAN/WAN etc.)troubleshooting
• International Process
• Flexible to work in shifts(Rotational)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate from Any stream
• Freshers can apply(only grads)
• International Voice/Chat/Email Support
• Customer service oriented (SD)
• Strong English(fluency) written and verbal skills

Preferred skill:

• Consistently demonstrates the full range of the competency withoutguidance. Extends the competency to difficult and unknown situations aswell.
• Applies the competency in all situations and is serves as a guide toothers as well.
• Coaches others and builds organizational capability in the competencyarea. Serves as a key resource for that competency and is recognizedwithin the entire organization.
• Knowledgeable about the competency requirements. Demonstrates (inparts) frequently with minimal support and guidance.
