Job Responsibilities:

Candidate should be OK to take Calls from International Customers.

Candidate should be OK for Rotational Shift including Night Shift.

Candidate should have Knowledge of Active Directory, Basic Troubleshooting, IP Address,VPN etc.

Candidate should be OK to learn new things and have positive attitude.

Candidate should be OK for Work from Office.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate from any stream
Preferred skill:
- Team player and quick learner
- Good Communication- Verbal and Non Verbal skills
- Multi-Tasking
- Collaborative working
- Candidate should have excellent communication. (ENGLISH)
- Good Knowledge of Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting.
- Knowledge about VPN/ Windows OS/O365/Active Directory.
