Advanced Structures is hiring candidates for the post of HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  
• Resourcing and screening resumes.
  
• Knowing Onboarding processes, Prepare Joining documents
  
• Maintain the records of employees.
  
• Interview scheduling
  
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  
• Following up on the interview process status
  
• Completing timely reports on employment activity

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree is the minimum level of Education.

Preferred skill:

• Knowledge of how to use computer and basic awareness of Microsoft tools like word, excel etc.
• Communication (Oral/Written)
• Customer Service & Support
• Problem Solving/DecisionMaking
• Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
