Job Description:

AstraZeneca is hiring candidates for the post of  Junior Consultant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability handling large number of incidents via. Any ITSM tool.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts on rotational basis covering Americas, EMEA and ASIAPAC regions 24*7.

  • An ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential.

  • A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate from any stream 

Preferred skill:

  • Troubleshooting Active directory, DNS,DHCP

  • Assist in management and support of internal and external DNS systems

  • Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations

  • Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues

  • Configure and support DNS for new domain

  • Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents

  • Continually seek opportunities to improve our existing AD and Exchange architecture

  • Good understanding of SOX controls , GXP process, Periodic access reviewsKnowledge in Automation/Scripting.

  • Experience with using Knowledge articles and documented SOPs to resolve tickets.

  • Experience working in ITIL model.

  • Experience working with Lean/Agile systems.
