Barclays Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily Schedule Adherence
• Identify comprehensive target set of compliance data for users across teams.
  
• Ensure and deliver a high standard of quality in the KYC files in adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures. 
  
• Ensure all processes executed during the final overview of the KYC files are delivered per predefined Quality guidelines.
  
• Process cases in accordance to approved process and procedures, international regulations and within pre-agreed service levels and with speed and accuracy, working towards ‘right first time’ objectives, taking ownership to resolve issues that may threaten remediation and refresh cycle timelines or Client satisfaction
  
• Adhere to quality control discipline, procedures and checks at all times 
  
• Responsible for driving own performance management, collating relevant documentation, preparing for and arranging self-performance reviews
  
• Ensure SLA and Controls Adherence
  
• Using expert KYC knowledge, communication and problem solving skills to analyse KYC information, that has been provided by Clients or sourced from the public domain, for a broad range of Business Banking Clients
  
• Manage escalations and loop managers in all circumstances
  
• Develop a good understanding of the overall KYC operations process.
  
• Monitor and evaluate compliance data and information collected in support of activities within your role
  
• Embrace continuous changes and challenges; handle various initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned by line management.
  
• Keep accurate track record of all assigned requests, from receipt through execution of requests.

Barclays Eligibility Criteria:

•  3-5 years of relevant experience
• Graduate from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline (BA, BSc, B.Com, BBM, BHM etc.)

Preferred skill:

•  Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate and quality work under tight deadlines.
  
• Understanding of Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
• MS Office Application Suite (Preferably Word, Excel & PowerPoint) 
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  
• Excellent track record during past work experience
  
• Knowledge of related risk and audits
