• Marketing Leads Qualification and Management

• Ensure that TLG agents are following Marketing lead management standard work using salesforce – lead qualification (BANT) of all inbound leads from phone, email, webinars/events, digital channels, WhatsApp and web live chat and assignment to sales team/Channel Partners
• Manage India marketing mailbox and maintain the WhatsApp for business India account for leads qualification and sharing of information with prospects/customers
• Regular follow up with sales team on above the funnel opportunities, funnel to close and stuck Marketing opportunities in the funnel
• Conduct Outbound Telemarketing Campaigns, Updating and enriching the database
• Execute Marketing Campaign and Events
• Coordinating logistics and execution of virtual/physical marketing Events
• Follow up on events/webinars invitation and registration and post event results and follow up actions

Danaher Eligibility Criteria:

• 1 year experience in marketing, communications, inside sales, telemarketing or related function is preferred
• MBA preferred

Preferred skill:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously on established timelines
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures & policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
