Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies and plans to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and design, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of brand campaigns and initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and events.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
• Manage brand budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors, providing clear briefs and effectively managing relationships.

Qualification required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably working with startups or managing multiple brands.

Preferred skill:

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated expertise in executing brand strategies and campaigns, delivering tangible results.
