IDFC FIRST Off Campus Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting in quality delivery of the budgets assigned for the respective geographies for the Acquisition channel across products. 
  • Planning and designing the channel execution strategy and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions, providing tools, enablers, sales process and activities which assists in development of the channel
  • Ensuring delivery of products or services, with appropriate level of quality, in accordance with the channel plan and defined regulations
  • Responsible for driving and aiding central initiatives across products and services, campaigns and other opportunities along with stakeholders
  • Supporting the leadership on ground with regular insights on delivery and suggesting course correction in discussion with respective stakeholders, act as a business change manager
  • Supporting the front end team in understanding the expectations of the role, defining KRA / Goal sheets, creating enablers and simplifying execution process
  • Creating Content, Coaching and training resources in line with the expectations along with all the stakeholders involved 
  • Rewards and Recognition programs planning and execution in line with the need of the business dynamics 
  • Identifying market opportunities and liaison with respective stake holders (both internal and external) across products / process/ sales to bring in 
  • more enablers for front end resources
  • Identifying and facilitating front hand team by working on specific products, segments catering to markets or specific events or promotional offers to enhance business output and build quality 
  • Focusing on stake holder management and drive business along with the local and central leadership as prescribed by the management.
  • Liaisoning and collating feedbacks and inputs from the front hand end team and helping them to meet their business targets in line with the expectations
  • Working with stakeholders for enhancing value through employee life cycle management
  • Initiating activities and highlighting concerns which will help course correction.
