  • Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Production)– 3 years Diploma in Chemical Engg./ Chemical Technology/ Chemical Technology (Fertiliser)/ Petrochemical Engg. / Petrochemical Technology/Refinery and Petrochemical Engg. OR B.Sc (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) from recognized Institute/ University. 
  • Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (P&U)– 3 years Diploma in Chemical Engg./ Chemical Technology/ Chemical Technology (Fertiliser)/ Petrochemical Engg. / Petrochemical Technology/Refinery and Petrochemical Engg. OR B.Sc (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) from recognized Institute/ University alongwith a Second Class Boiler Competency Certificate (BCC) OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Boiler Attendant endorsed as equivalent to Second Class Boiler Attendant by the competent State Boiler Authority of the concerned refiner.
  • Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (P&U-O&M)– 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. / Electrical Power System/Electrical Engg. (Industrial Control) from recognized Institute/ University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.
