Job Description:
NTT is hiring candidates for the post of Associate HR Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Helps with hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding, among other HR procedures.
- Helps guarantee that HR procedures and activities adhere to all applicable employment laws, rules, and corporate policies.
- Get thorough guidance on how to utilize HR data to produce measurements, trends, and insights that guide choices and promote advancements.
- Helps with organizational transformation projects in HR operations by advising staff members through changes.
- Collaborates with other departments to guarantee smooth operations and match HR strategy with company goals.
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS by working with HRIS software for data administration, reporting, and analysis.
- Performs any other related task as required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Human Resources or related.
Preferred skill:
- Basic understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Basic understanding of HRIS software and tools for efficient data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Basic understanding HR data to generate meaningful insights and present key metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to contribute to the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Displays good written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
- Displays some analytical skills to identify HR challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to support HR projects from inception to completion.
- Entry level experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Entry level experience working with HRIS software and other HR-related software tools.
- Entry level experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.
- Entry level administrative support experience
