S&P Global Career 2024 Responsibilities:

  • Driving project initiation, planning, execution and closure activities.
  • Driving and supervising lean/six sigma activities across various business lines and ensure delivery against targets and timelines. 
  • Establishing and maintaining communications within the program management office stakeholders and other key stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinating and setting up stakeholder meetings and other communication channels like Sharepoint and Teams for collaboration between various program workstreams.
  • Supporting program leads in tracking tasks and key milestones in internal tracking tools.

  • Graduate or a post-graduate in any discipline.
  • 3 + years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading and/or collaborating with large stakeholder groups within complex global matrix structures and operations.

Preferred skill:

  • PMP or equivalent PM certification is a key requirement.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean & Six Sigma methodologies is a must. Related certification will be desirable.
  • Familiarity and experience working on AI and GenAI projects is desirable.
  • Ability to drive initiatives independently with minimal supervision while creating visibility on project status by keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse workplace environment and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Aptitude for continuous learning and ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong data analysis, visualization, and presentation skills to identify improvement opportunities and solve business problems.  
  • Strong organizational, written and spoken communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong skills in using Excel, PPT, Smartsheet and Tableau for project tracking, reporting and creating presentations.
