Job Description:

Tech Mahindra is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Support Associate- Voice Process (Bengali+ English) with 100% Work from Home.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries via voice calls

Tech Mahindra Work From Home Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
  • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (with documents)
  • Freshers are also welcome
  • Work timing: 247 rotational shifts
  • 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
  • Maximum age limit: 40 years

System requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bengali
  • No major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) for voice process

Interview Process

  • HR Round (Video Call; E-Aadhaar mandatory for WFH)
  • Typing Test (Minimum 30 WPM / 90% accuracy)
  • Final round (Google Meet; selfie with Aadhaar is mandatory)
