  • Provide comprehensive consultation to team members regarding long and short range release delivery requirements and recommend innovations which anticipate the future directions of both business and information technology.
  • Provide governance and technical guidance on software components registered for release vehicles. Need to have detail understanding of web applications, database, and infrastructure and configuration management to provide risk analysis on release provided to product team on business decisions.
  • Drive implementation of tested product changes, coordinate and plan new product builds and releases.
  • Technically leads product improvement opportunities with senior partners ensure products environment reliability, resilience and security.
  • Provides technical resolution support, specific to product issues, identifies, resolves and coordinates partners to determine accurate problem definitions.
  • Maintains direct knowledge of all product technical processes and the status of vital release activities. Proposes product improvements and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a high degree of system knowledge of the products.
  • Be an agent of change, adopting new and innovative technology.
