Wipro Walk-in Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handling buyer and seller queries via email and chat.
  • Resolving order, listing, and payment-related queries.
  • Adherence to quality and SLA guidelines.
  • Flagging escalations as per defined process.
  • Maintaining accurate case documentation

Wipro Operations Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation (should have all documents; PC & CMM Mandatory).
  • Pursuing candidates are not eligible (Graduation or post-graduation)
    • Looking for freshers and experienced candidates.
    • Experience should be in BPO E-commerce/ Voice Process/ Email Chat Process

    Preferred skill:

    • Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts)
    • Need immediate joiners
