Job Description:

Mphasis is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Support Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grad/ UG Fresher or upto 2 years of Technical support
• Provide L1/L2 Support to End Users for Hardware / Products on Inbound Calls
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple screens at the same time and handle order processing on Calls
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Prioritize and manage time effectively, while handling multiple priorities
• Provide First Call Resolution and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Should have a reliable and fast WiFi connection at home
• Should be ready to connect via video during training and 1 on 1 discussions
• Should have a safe and suitable work environment at home
• Should be able to work as per the break/lunch timings allocated by the supervisor
• Candidate should be willing to work from office
• Flexible to work in 24*7 work environment
• Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly off

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate from any stream.
