Job Description:

Dell is hiring candidates for the post of Technical Support Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

• Solve complex problems for customers and be on top of challenging expectations
  
• Partner closely with customers while communicating proactively regarding the overall process of queries
  
• Drive operational excellence through quality closures and efficient management of issues
  
• Communicate the end to end process of queries proactively
  
• Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate from any stream.
•  Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  
• Outstanding customer focus, phone etiquette and work ethic
  
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to maintain composure under stress
  
• Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures
