Job Description:

AAI NER Recruitment 2026 is hiring candidates for the post of Junior Assistant/Senior Assistant.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Senior Assistant (Electronics)
  • Education: Diploma in  Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering.
  • Experience: Two years (2) relevant experience in the concerned discipline.

   

• Junior Assistant (HR)
  • Education: Graduate.

• Junior Assistant (Fire Services)
  • Education: 10th Pass + 3 years approved regular Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire.
    (OR)
    12th Pass (Regular Study)
  • Driving License: a) Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License;
    OR
    b) Valid Medium Vehicle Licence issued at least One Year before the date of advertisement i.e. 06/12/2025.
    OR
    c) Valid Light Motor Vehicle License (LMV) issued at least two years before the date of advertisement i.e. 06/12/2025.

AAI Non Executive Recruitment Vacancy:

Age Limit:

• The candidate’s age shall be 18 to 30 years as on 06/12/2025 and the upper age limit is relaxable as follows:

Age Relaxation – AAI NER Recruitment 2026:

• Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe – 5 years
• Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer) – 3 years
• Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) – 10 Years
• Persons affected by 1984 riots – 5 years
• Widows, divorced women and women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried – Upto 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC and 40 years for SC/ST candidates
• Ex-Agniveers completed 04 years of engagement with Armed Forces: 3-5 Years

Salary:

• Junior Assistant-Rs 31,000-92,000/Month
• Senior Assistant-Rs 36,000-1,10,000/Month

AAI NER (Non-Executive Recruitment) Selection Process:

• Junior Assistant(Fire Service):
  (i) Stage 2- Written Exam (Computer Based Test)- Duration: 2 (Two) hours
  (ii) Stage 2- On passing the online Computer Based Test (CBT), shortlisted candidates shall be subjected to Biometric Attendance, Documents/Certificate Verification including Driving License followed by Physical Measurement and Medical Test.
  
• Junior Assistant(HR):
  (i) Written Exam (Computer-Based Test). Duration of Exam-2 hours.
  (ii) Computer Literacy Test in MS Office (Qualifying in nature)
  (iii) Document Verification.
  
• Senior Assistant(Electronics):
  (a) Written Exam (Computer-Based Test). Duration of Exam: 2 hours.
  (b) Document Verification.

Application Fees:

• Application fees of Rs.1000/– (Rupees One Thousand Only) is to be paid by the UR/OBC/EWS candidates.
• No application fee is required to be paid by Women / SC / ST / Ex-servicemen candidates / Person with disabilities and also the apprentices who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI,
