Job Description:

HP is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

This role requires good written & Verbal English language communication.
The candidate should be able to read and understand the partners query
Provide End to End solution in case of queries/clarification from the channel partners from Western Europe & ISE.
There is an immediate requirement for this role.
We need this resource onboard at the earliest so that team can have a clear focus on the aging cases and Enhance the channel partner experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree from any stream.
Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function.
Committed to quality, including security and performance
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred skill:

Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
Good interpersonal skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Basic understanding of project management methodology.
Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
