The Tech Mahindra process generally consists of 4 rounds of selection:

Round 1 (Online Test): The initial round consists of an online test with various sections designed to assess the mental ability of candidates. The sections include:

Round 2 Psychometric Test (Optional): Only candidates who qualify for the written test are eligible for this round. This test assesses the responses and behavior of the candidates.
