If your application passes the initial screening i.cApplication and Resume Screening. Then you’ll be invited to take an Assessment Test. The Mindtree online assessment test consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQ), programming languages, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering concepts. Technical interview round

Interview If you pass the Online Assessment, you’ll be invited to a Technical / HR interview. Mindtree conducts various types of interviews, including phone, video, and in-person interviews, depending on the job position and location.

  • Candidates must have a 60% or higher in Diploma, Graduation, and MCA/ ME / MTech.
  • For SSC and HSC scores, there are no percentage criteria.
