Job Description:

Baker Hughes is hiring candidates for the post of Field Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fielding incident management process reporting, root cause determination, corrective actions, and closure Monitor KPI to evaluate effectiveness
• Maintaining pre and post job well-Site records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed
• Assuring the job is executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the Frac schedule.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with a minimum 1 year of relevant field experience preferred
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills

Preferred skill:

• Strong Communication skills
• Passionate about technology and compliance
• Possesses knowledge of risk governance, policies, compliance, upcoming and existing regulations, and reporting laws
• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
