Job Description:
Nokia Off-campus hiring candidates for the post of Office Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
- As part of a team, you will be a part of the Global Delivery Center’s Business Operations team.
- Perform routine assignments within standardised procedures and practices with regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Receive instructions, guidance and direction from others and use own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate or PG from Any Stream
- 0 – 1-year work experience
Preferred skill:
- Customer focus
- Communication and collaborator skills
- Basic knowledge of MS-Office software suite
- Acting as a first point of contact
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Preparing reports, presentations
- Using Nokia tools and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with the internal and external stakeholders
- Collating and filing expenses
